Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer. All transaction charges incurred in arranging payment — including bank transfer fees — are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRICING & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All quoted prices are subject to change and shall not constitute a binding precedent for future orders. Costs relating to packaging, carriage, shipment, applicable taxes, and import duties may be included in the final invoice, for which the customer remains liable. Prices for leather, fabric, stone, and granite will be confirmed and quoted upon procurement.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be levied on all goods sold at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of order, and reflected in the final invoice.

ORDER INITIATION & PAYMENT TERMS
Production will commence upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total invoice value. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to dispatch of goods. The initial deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of order cancellation.

DELIVERY & LEAD TIMES
The standard lead time for delivery is a minimum of eight (8) weeks from order confirmation, subject to variation depending on the nature and complexity of the order. Delays arising from unforeseen or force majeure circumstances will extend the agreed delivery period accordingly.

ORDER AMENDMENTS
Any modifications requested by the customer subsequent to order confirmation may result in additional charges, which shall be borne entirely by the customer.

NATURAL MATERIALS & COLOUR REPRESENTATION
Colour swatches are provided as approximate visual references only. As a characteristic of genuine natural materials, leather and fabric may exhibit natural variation in tone, density, texture, and surface markings — including scars and shade differences — which are inherent to authentic materials and do not constitute defects.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out above.
