This table is simply exquisite and one of my favorites. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. It was originally made by my great grandfather for the Governor house in India. The original table seats 50 people! We made a replica of it and scaled it down to seat 8-10 people. It is also a formidable piece to use in the foyer as well for a powerful impact.
The base of this table is spectacular and has taken inspiration from several different antique styles. The very bottom of the base has a scroll design. Above that we have French legs running parallel to a Greek column, both joining the top of the table. This amalgamation of different styles adds majesty and grandiose to this glorious table.
